Windsor weren’t content with their early ball possession and play but continued to push forward and doubled the lead through Fiona’s second. 2-0 Windsor.

Windsor continued to dominate using their press to squeeze Iver and burnham backwards and giving them no space or time to play the ball.

The third goal soon followed with Toni McFarlane scoring low past the keeper.

Before half time there was just enough time for 1 more. Holly and Vicky are both certain their touch was the final one (4-0 Windsor). Holly did take a knock to the head shortly after. We don’t know if that was a result of the feud or not.

Half time came and Windsor were content with the first half showing but were also sure they had more to give.

Holly came back on after passing the concussion test to dominate the second half. Her dazzling run down the left from inside her own half and pin point injection found her waiting captain Natalie Morrison who fired the ball into the far corner for what was the goal of the game. 5-0 Windsor.

Centre back Emma Waller was not content with a watching brief from the back so started to work her way down the pitch. Dominating the flow of the game. Her range of passing stretched Iver and meant Windsor attacked again at pace.

She managed to score 3 goals in the space of 15 minutes, all very similar powerful flick finishes from the edge of the D.

Amongst Emma’s goals Natalie finished from close range from another brilliant piece of individual skill from Holly S. This took the score to 9-0.

There was just enough time for Toni to add her second. With a smart hard finish giving the goal keeper no chance.

10-0 to Windsor is the best result in recorded history in a league game. The ladies were pleased with their days work.

The ladies 3’s are now done for Xmas and can tuck into their turkeys sitting comfortably at the top of the league. But there is a lot of hard work to do before the season is done!
